(2) The damage to the port lower part of the port outer vertical girder of the ramp, which had already existed previously, became much more extensive. The lower part of the extremely strong girder is now bent by about 90°! The two images below show the condition in October 1994, which did not significantly change up to June 1996.

These images demonstrate the enormous extent of the distortion of this extremely strong girder, which was initially cracked off the transverse girder and twisted most probably by the force of explosions, however, now the damage looks completely different. The close-up on the following page shows the very severe damage in its present status in detail.
